Glee Reality writes: Glee looks like a great show, but can a choir really be that much fun?
Dear Glee Reality,
The TV show Glee has become a huge hit around the world. It has resparked the trend of singing in glee clubs at high schools and middle schools nation-wide and beyond. Show choirs have been growing more popular ever since Glee has aired. Although Glee is a show about competitive singing, it also has different side plots going on, which makes the TV show more interesting. The cast includes wonderful singers such as Lea Michele, Dianna Agron, Matthew Morrison, Amber Riley, Chris Colfer, and Corey Montieth. They sing everything, from modern, hip songs, to classic rock. They show a strong range of vocal ability and really shine on each song. The cast members of Glee are truly all triple threats; they can sing, dance, and act. Many celebrities have guest starred on Glee, such as Gwyneth Palthrow, Olivia Newton-John, Eve, Britney Spears, Josh Groban, John Stamos, and Neil Patrick Harris. When you see the enjoyment of the glee club’s faces, you can see how much fun it is, and how much you can enjoy it. So why not try it here at WMS and get involved in the next musical?
